Chimichanga

A stuffed flour shell with your choice of shredded beef, seasoned ground beef or pulled chicken, deep-fried to a golden brown, topped with cheese sauce, served with lettuce, guacamole (upon request), sour cream, pico de gallo, with rice and beans.
